Studio Eleven

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Studio Eleven, a sole proprietorship registered in Cyprus with registered address Georgiou Thirotou 4, 3012, Limassol, Cyprus (“Studio Eleven”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the client (“Client”, “you”).

By subscribing to, purchasing, or using any Studio Eleven services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Services

Studio Eleven provides subscription-based website design, development, hosting, and ongoing management services.

Services are offered under defined plans, including Essentials and Professional, each with specific limits such as:

• Number of pages
• CMS collections and items
• Monthly update requests

Plan details listed on the website form part of these Terms.

2. Subscription & Minimum Term

All services are provided on a subscription basis with a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• The first month is payable upfront before any work begins
• After the initial 6-month term, the subscription may be cancelled at any time
